All in-stock TENS EMS devices and accessories are stored and dispatched directly from our US-based fulfillment center. We do not ship from overseas locations. All packages are processed and shipped via trusted US carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ensure stable tracking and fast delivery.
Order Processing Time
  • All orders will be processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends, US federal holidays, or after daily cutoff time (3:00 PM EST) will be processed on the next business day.
  • Processing time includes order verification, quality inspection, packaging, and carrier pickup.

2. Domestic Shipping (United States)

Domestic shipping covers all 50 US states and US territories.
